Summary

This study tested different doses of an oral medication called SAR442168 to see how well it reduces new areas of inflammation (lesions) in the brain for people with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). The 130 participants took the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks, and researchers used MRI brain scans to measure the number of new lesions. The main goal was to find the most effective dose for reducing disease activity, while also checking the drug's safety.
