Summary
This was an early-stage study to check the safety and basic effects of a new injection called BT-114143 in healthy people. Researchers gave single doses to 84 volunteers to see how their bodies handled the drug and how it affected blood clotting. The main goal was to find out what side effects occurred and how much of the drug got into the bloodstream.
