Summary

This study tested a new injectable medication called BSI-045B for adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Twenty-two participants received injections weekly for a month, then every two weeks for about six months. Researchers measured how much the treatment reduced skin inflammation and itching, while monitoring for side effects.
