Summary
This study tested a new medicine called BSI-045B in 22 adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants received injections weekly for 4 weeks, then every 2 weeks for 20 more weeks. The main goal was to see if the treatment could reduce eczema severity by at least 75% and to check for side effects.
