Summary
This is the first time a new drug called BRY812 is being tested in people. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see what side effects it causes in adults with advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will also check if the drug helps shrink tumors and how long it stays in the body.
