Zap your jaw pain? study tests electric currents for teeth grinding relief
NCT ID NCT07241728
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a mild electrical current treatment to a standard jaw exercise program helps people with bruxism (teeth grinding or clenching). Researchers will compare two groups: one doing exercises alone and one doing exercises plus the electrical stimulation. They will measure changes in jaw pain, muscle strength, and daily habits to see which approach works better.
