Brain training vs jaw exercises: new study tests relief for teeth grinders

Summary
This study compares two physical therapy approaches for adults with daytime teeth clenching (awake bruxism) that causes jaw and facial pain. Participants will try either sensory awareness training that focuses on body perception or traditional jaw and posture exercises, both over 4 weeks. Researchers want to see which approach better reduces pain and improves jaw function and quality of life.
