Summary
This small study looked at how botulinum toxin (Botox) injections affect the jaw muscle in people with bruxism (teeth grinding). Seventeen adults received Botox and were checked with ultrasound and pain scales at 14 and 90 days. The goal was to see if the injections reduce muscle thickness and pain, helping ease symptoms.
