Surgery study tests which breathing tube method works best on first try
NCT ID NCT07241208
Summary
This study aims to find out which method is better for placing a special breathing tube during lung surgery: using a video scope alone, or using a video scope plus a flexible camera. Researchers will compare the two methods in 130 patients to see which one more often gets the tube placed correctly on the first attempt. The goal is to improve the safety and efficiency of this common surgical procedure.
