Summary
This study looked at whether adding an inhaled sugar powder called Bronchitol (mannitol) helps clear mucus from the lungs faster in people with cystic fibrosis who already take the triple-combination drug E/T/I. Fourteen adults with moderate to severe lung disease took part. The goal was to see if the combination works better than the modulator alone for lung clearance.
