This study will follow 100 adults hospitalized for a sudden worsening of bronchiectasis. Researchers will track how conditions like COPD, diabetes, and heart disease, along with disease severity, affect treatment failure, hospital stay, and survival. The goal is to better predict which patients need more intensive care.
