Summary

This study is creating a national registry of 500 people who have experienced broken heart syndrome (takotsubo cardiomyopathy). Researchers will collect medical information and track participants' health over time to better understand what causes this condition and how it affects people's lives. The goal is to gather knowledge to plan future research, not to test a specific treatment.
