Surgery or sling? major trial tests best fix for broken collarbone

Summary
This study aims to find out if wearing a sling (non-surgical treatment) works as well as having an operation for a specific type of broken outer collarbone. Adults aged 18-65 with this injury will be randomly assigned to receive either treatment. The main goal is to see which group has better shoulder, arm, and hand function one year later.
