New eye drop trial aims to soothe dry, irritated eyes

NCT ID NCT07078955

Summary

This study is testing whether a new eye drop called BRM421 is safe and works better than standard artificial tears for relieving dry eye symptoms. About 99 adults with dry eye disease will use either BRM421 or artificial tears for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in eye irritation and damage to see if the new drops provide better relief.
