Summary
This study looked at the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug brivaracetam in 141 Chinese adults with focal epilepsy that was not controlled by other medications. Participants took brivaracetam tablets twice daily for up to a year or more, and could also continue other epilepsy drugs. The main goal was to check for side effects, while also tracking how well the drug controlled seizures over time.
