First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether sitting under a bright light each morning can slow the worsening of idiopathic scoliosis in children aged 10 to 15 who are night owls. Researchers will measure spine curves and trunk rotation over time in 120 participants. The goal is to see if adjusting sleep-wake cycles with light therapy can help control the disease.
