Summary
This study tests a program called Bright IDEAS that teaches problem-solving skills to young adults (ages 18-39) recently diagnosed with cancer. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety and improves quality of life compared to standard support. 344 participants will be followed for 6 months.
