Summary
This study tests whether a brief training program can help heavy-drinking young adults (ages 18-26) reduce how much they drink. Participants learn techniques to manage alcohol cravings and track their drinking using a smartphone app. The goal is to see if these skills lead to fewer heavy drinking days and fewer alcohol-related problems.
