Summary

This study compares a single 2-hour online mindfulness session to an 8-week program for people with chronic muscle or joint pain. Researchers want to see if the shorter training works just as well and is easier to stick with. About 39 adults will join, and they will fill out surveys over 9 months to track their pain levels.
