Summary
This study tests whether a single clinic visit with a special attention exercise can help people with Functional Cognitive Disorder (FCD), a condition causing memory and thinking problems without a clear physical cause. Thirty adults aged 65 or younger will try the intervention and complete questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to see if this brief approach is practical and helpful for managing FCD symptoms.
