First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study was designed to test whether a brief, one-hour session of Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training (DBT-BST) can help adults manage suicidal thoughts and improve emotion regulation. Participants would have learned coping strategies and been compared to a relaxation group. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
