Summary

This study is testing a new way to check if breast cancer is responding to chemotherapy. Researchers take a small tissue sample (biopsy) about 5 weeks after starting treatment and use an RNA test to measure tumor response. The goal is to see if this test can predict which patients will have a complete response. About 800 women with early-stage breast cancer are participating.
