Summary
This study tests whether 5 weeks of special breathing exercises can reduce breathlessness and improve exercise performance in healthy cyclists and triathletes. Researchers will measure breathing discomfort and oxygen use during exercise. The goal is to learn how to personalize breathing training for athletes and people with breathing problems.
