Can simple breathing exercises clear 'Brain Fog' for sleep apnea patients?

NCT ID NCT07329049

Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week breathing muscle training program can help people with obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers want to see if the training improves memory, attention, and other thinking skills, increases oxygen flow to the brain, and supports the brain's natural healing processes. They will compare the training to a low-intensity placebo version and usual care in 42 participants.
