Summary
This study is testing if adding special breathing muscle training to standard physical therapy helps children and teenagers with idiopathic scoliosis. Researchers want to see if this extra training improves lung function, exercise ability, and core strength. The goal is to make the standard Schroth therapy more effective and help kids with their daily activities.
