Can simple breathing exercises help fight debilitating muscle weakness?
NCT ID NCT07274267
Summary
This study is testing whether a 3-month program of daily breathing exercises at home can help people with inflammatory muscle disease. The exercises aim to strengthen breathing muscles, which may improve a person's ability to walk, reduce fatigue, and enhance overall quality of life. Researchers will measure changes in breathing strength, walking distance, and how patients feel before and after the training program.
