Summary
This study is testing whether specific breathing muscle training, combined with core strengthening exercises, can help people with Long COVID. Researchers will compare two groups of 40 adults in Turkey over 8 weeks to see if the training improves breathing strength, body endurance, and reduces fatigue. The goal is to find better ways to help people recover their strength and quality of life after having COVID-19.
