Can a simple breathing device help women breathe easier after COVID?
NCT ID NCT07397130
Summary
This study tested a breathing exercise program for women experiencing long-term breathing problems after COVID-19. Researchers wanted to see if using a special device that provides feedback during breathing exercises could help strengthen the main breathing muscle (the diaphragm) and improve lung strength. The goal was to see if this training could help reduce symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue.
