Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week breathing exercise program can improve lung strength and physical function in frail adults aged 80 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a real breathing trainer or a sham device. Researchers will measure breathing power, walking distance, and mobility before, right after, and up to three months after training.
