Can a quick breathing workout boost Smokers' strength?
NCT ID NCT07200895
Summary
This study looked at the immediate effects of a single session of breathing muscle training in young men who smoke. Thirty-four participants were randomly assigned to do breathing exercises at either a low or moderate intensity. Researchers measured changes in breathing strength, handgrip strength, and vital signs right before and after the 15-minute session to see which intensity had a better short-term effect.
