Could simple breathing exercises boost recovery after weight loss surgery?
NCT ID NCT07289958
Summary
This study is testing whether training the breathing muscles helps people who have recently had weight loss surgery. Researchers want to see if this training, done alone or with exercise, improves heart health, sleep quality, blood sugar, fitness, and overall well-being. The 12-week program will compare the training to a sham device in 52 participants.
