Summary

This study tested whether a breathing therapy program could help people with schizophrenia who struggle with sleep problems and fatigue. Researchers worked with 68 adults diagnosed with schizophrenia who were in a stable phase of their illness. One group received eight sessions of breathing therapy, while a comparison group received no special intervention, to see if the breathing exercises made a difference.
