Can a simple breathing trick ease pain and improve sleep after surgery?

NCT ID NCT07457086

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific breathing method, called the 4-7-8 technique, can help patients feel better after surgery to remove bladder tumors. Researchers will teach the technique to 68 patients before and after their procedure to see if it improves their sleep quality, reduces pain, and helps them recover more comfortably. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to support recovery in the hospital.
