Summary
This Mayo Clinic study is testing whether structured breathing exercises can help reduce burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression in healthcare workers. The research will follow 40 clinical care professionals who use a mobile app to practice breathing techniques. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable before larger studies.
