Summary
This study tested whether a simple breathing exercise program could help adults who grind their teeth at night. One hundred participants learned diaphragmatic breathing techniques and practiced them daily for four weeks. Researchers measured if this reduced grinding frequency, jaw discomfort, and improved sleep quality.
