Can simple breathing calm cancer patients before major surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific breathing technique, called cardiac coherence, can help reduce anxiety in patients with advanced abdominal cancer who are about to have major surgery. The program involves daily breathing exercises. Researchers will measure if patients can stick with the program and if it helps lower their anxiety and improve their quality of life.
