A deep breath for Mom's blood pressure
NCT ID NCT04059822
Summary
This study explored whether a simple breathing exercise could help lower high blood pressure in pregnant women. Women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were asked to practice slow, deep breathing for 10 minutes daily. The goal was to see if this approach was practical to study further, not to prove it works.
