Summary
This study is testing if teaching a specific breathing technique helps people feel better after having their gallbladder removed. It will compare 100 patients who practice the breathing method before and after surgery to a group receiving standard care. Researchers will measure pain, anxiety, sleep quality, and hospital stay to see if the breathing exercises make a difference.
