Summary

This study tests whether simple, structured breathing exercises can help healthcare workers feel less stressed, anxious, and burned out. About 40 participants will use a mobile app to practice breathing and report their mood and sleep quality. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for busy medical staff.
