Summary

This study aims to find out if wearable foot-pods and breathing frequency monitors can accurately measure exercise intensity in people who have had a heart attack in the past 6 months. Twenty-four participants will complete short walking tests on a treadmill and around cones while wearing these devices. The goal is to develop new ways to prescribe safe and effective exercise for heart patients.
