Summary
This study tested whether breathing exercises could help older adults with COPD who also experience frailty. Researchers divided 66 patients into two groups: one performed breathing exercises for eight weeks, while the other did not. The exercise group showed significant improvements in breathing ability, walking distance, and frailty symptoms compared to the control group.
