NCT ID NCT07164118
Summary
This study is testing whether two types of breathing exercises can help people feel less pain and anxiety after abdominal surgery. It involves 120 adults who had planned surgery. Researchers will compare the effects of pranayama (a yoga breathing technique) and simple deep breathing to see if they provide extra relief alongside standard pain medications.
