Could better breathing be the key to easing your shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07180225
Summary
This study tested whether adding breathing exercises to standard shoulder therapy helps people with rotator cuff impingement. Fifty-two adults with shoulder pain received either standard therapy or standard therapy plus manual therapy and breathing exercises for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder movement, and daily function to see if the combined approach worked better.
