Can simple exercises ease your worst period pain?

NCT ID NCT07263516

Summary

This study is testing whether a program of pelvic floor muscle exercises combined with deep breathing can help reduce menstrual pain and improve quality of life for women with primary dysmenorrhea. Forty participants will be split into two groups to compare the combined exercises against breathing exercises alone. Researchers will measure pain levels, menstrual symptoms, sleep, and mood before and after the exercise program.
