Summary
This study looks at whether special breathing techniques (pranayama and deep breathing exercises) can help reduce pain and anxiety in people who have had abdominal surgery. About 120 adults aged 18 to 65 who had planned surgery will take part. Researchers will measure their anxiety and pain levels using standard questionnaires and scales to see if these breathing methods make a difference.
