Summary
This study aims to see if teaching breathing exercises can help reduce work stress and compassion fatigue in emergency department nurses. It will involve 64 nurses who will be randomly assigned to either learn the breathing exercises or be in a comparison group. The researchers will measure stress and fatigue levels before and after to see if the exercises make a difference.
