Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of guided breathing exercise, called pranayama, can help people with fibromyalgia. Researchers are measuring if these exercises can reduce pain and anxiety, and improve sleep quality. The study involves 54 participants who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
