Summary

This study looked at whether breathing exercises can help people who had lung surgery feel better. 74 adults who had a type of lung surgery called VATS or wedge resection took part. The exercises aimed to reduce pain, anxiety, shortness of breath, and trouble sleeping. Results showed that these simple, drug-free techniques may improve comfort and quality of life after surgery.
