Can better breathing fix a crooked spine? new study tests exercise combo for teens

Summary
This study is testing if adding special breathing muscle training to standard back exercises provides extra benefits for teens with mild to moderate scoliosis. About 45 girls aged 10-18 will do supervised exercises three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, spine curvature, posture, strength, and quality of life to see if the combined program works better.
