Summary

This study aims to see if the speed of specific breathing exercises (pranayama) affects physical and mental health in healthy young adults. Researchers will compare a group doing slow breathing techniques to a group doing fast techniques over 12 weeks. They will measure effects on stress, anxiety, sleep, fatigue, lung function, heart rate, and balance to see which approach is better for overall wellness.
