Summary
This study tested a special breathing exercise (diaphragmatic proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) in 40 young adults aged 20-29 who smoked for 1-3 years. The goal was to see if it could improve lung function and exercise ability. Results may help ease smoking-related breathing problems.
